Bring a Story of Outgoing Charm and Clever Companionship Into Your Home While Making a Real-World Difference

As a pet portrait artist, I’m trained to see the beauty in every animal, but it was Friendly’s confident, social spirit that made me stop and paint this stunning young black hair Domestic Shorthair cat. Rendered in rich, velvety gouache, this striking fine art portrait captures her unique personality, her bright expression, and the sleek elegance that makes her truly live up to her name.

Currently located at Cat Rangers rescue in Buford, GA, Friendly absolutely adores people. She loves being part of the action—whether that’s greeting new faces or casually exploring her surroundings like she owns the place. She’s playful, curious, and impressively smart, though she certainly knows how to set clear boundaries with other cats to ensure her roommates are respectful. By bringing this print into your space, you're not just buying art—you're honoring Friendly’s journey, sharing her story, and helping other rescue animals write their own success stories.

Art with a Mission

50% of all profits from this print go directly to Cat Rangers to support the care, rescue, and adoption efforts for Friendly and the many other deserving animals still waiting for their fresh start.
