I do not offer returns or refunds for printed products.

If your order arrives damaged during transit, please take clear photos of the damaged item and the outer packaging within 48 hours of delivery and contact me directly at sarahbowden.art1@gmail.com. A replacement or repair will be arranged right away.

Custom Commissions

Inital Beginning of Painting: Once the artist begins work on your painting, orders are no longer eligible for a full refund in the event of a cancellation. Instead, cancellations at this stage will receive a 50% refund of the total purchase price. The remaining 50% is non-refundable and will be retained to cover the artist's time, labor, and materials.

Finality of Sale: Once the client approves the final preview and the painting is shipped, the sale is final. No refunds, partial or full, will be issued after the artwork has been dispatched.
